Senior Broker
Essex | Office-based | Salary negotiable | Permanent
Established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join a successful team.
The role will focus on developing new business, managing existing clients, building insurer relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell, while providing technical support across the wider team.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience within commercial insurance
- Excellent technical insurance knowledge
- Proven track record in sales and meeting targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and telephone communication
- Confident using Acturis and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage clients, deadlines and competing priorities
- Professional, proactive and commercially focused approach
Experience across liability, property/construction-related risks, professional indemnity or motor would be advantageous. xiskglj
