Lift Service Engineer Location: London local patch wherever possibleSalary: £42,500 £50,000 depending on experienceHours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per dayOn Call: 1 week in 4Company Van ProvidedJLD Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join a well-established and growing independent lift company covering London.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive basic salary, a local service route wherever possible, flexible working hours and a strong overall benefits package.
The Role
As a Lift Service Engineer, youll be responsible for planned servicing, routine maintenance and breakdown response across a range of commercial lift equipment.
Your day-to-day duties will include: Planned preventative maintenance and servicingAttending breakdowns and diagnosing faultsElectrical and mechanical fault findingCarrying out minor repairs where requiredEnsuring lifts are operating safely and reliablyBuilding good relationships with customers on siteCompleting relevant service and maintenance documentationWhere possible, engineers are allocated a service route close to where they live, helping to reduce unnecessary travelling.
