We're recruiting an Industrial Door Engineer for our client, a well-established, family run business in Colchester with an outstanding reputation in the industry. The majority of their work comes through repeat business and recommendations, which speaks for itself. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Service, repair, fault find and install a wide range of industrial door systems
- Diagnose problems and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Represent the business professionally when on site with customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Participate in the call out rota including evenings and weekends when required
- Follow health and safety procedures throughout all work carried out
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as an Industrial Door Engineer (essential)
- Confident working independently on site
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Based in or around the Colchester area
- Flexible approach to working hours including participation in the call out rota
