This is an exciting opportunity to become a senior member of a fast-paced Partnerships Team, shaping global sponsorship programmes, driving innovation, and delivering unforgettable experiences for clients and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Leadership: Act as the senior point of contact for clients, rights holders, vendors, and partners. Provide strategic guidance, innovative ideas, and ensure all programmes align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact. Manage communications across global and local markets.
- Events & Hospitality: Oversee planning, delivery, and execution of global VIP hospitality programmes and high-profile event activations. Manage suppliers, production, and the build of event spaces. Ensure seamless guest logistics, including travel, accommodation, access, and ticketing. Lead C-Suite and executive experiences, ensuring premium standards are met.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire internal teams, freelancers, and junior staff. Drive performance, delegate effectively, provide feedback, and support professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Project & Financial Management: Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans. Manage budgets, track KPIs, oversee contracts, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting. Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship and drive business development.
- On-Site Leadership & Performance Analysis: Lead operations at international events, ensuring high-quality execution and real-time problem-solving. Provide post-event analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance future programmes. Continuously improve workflows and processes to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in sports partnerships, marketing agencies, or hospitality account management, ideally with Formula 1 experience.
- Proven ability managing complex, multi-national client accounts and cross-agency teams.
- Experience delivering premium VIP hospitality and multi-faceted event activations.
- Strong financial management, project planning, and organisational skills.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including C-Suite engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and traveling internationally, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest management/ticketing systems.
