JLB are supporting a leading sports and entertainment agency who are looking for a Senior Account Manager to focus on the delivery of hospitality and guest programmes for a major brand within the F1 space.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and seamless delivery of all hospitality activity for the account.
- Act as the primary hospitality contact for the client, local markets, rights holders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Implement best-practice processes across account management and client servicing, including status updates, rights tracking, budget reporting, and related workflows.
- Collaborate closely with the Director to shape, refine, and innovate the overall hospitality strategy.
- Travel internationally to deliver in-market guest programmes, including hosting responsibilities and managing logistics for senior-level executives when required.
- Oversee budget management, financial tracking, and supplier billing for all activation-related costs.
- Lead the planning and execution of all client hospitality and guest experience programmes, both trackside and off-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within an agency or in-house environment is essential.
- Proven experience managing complex, international guest programmes for brands or large groups.
- Strong understanding of how F1 guest programmes are designed and delivered.
- A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and detail-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
