JLB are delighted to be partnering with a leading sports and entertainment agency who are looking for a Senior Account Manager to deliver guest programmes for a global account in Formula 1. Based in London, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the process required to deliver exceptional premium hospitality for global brands ensuring that event activations are maximised throughout. Manage client hospitality and guest programmes both at the track and away from the track. Work closely with the wider team to devise and deliver a hospitality activation plan for the premium partner. Manage budgets and billing for activations. Day-to-day client management – being the main point of contact for the client with queries associated to hospitality and event activations. Experience of managing highly complex international guest programmes on behalf of brands, teams or leagues. Strong interpersonal skills and best in-class client servicing, project management and account handling. Ability to travel internationally consistently to deliver hospitality guest programmes. *
