My client are looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Event Registration & Web Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing global sports event series. This is a hands-on role focused on making sure their event registrations run smoothly, their websites stay accurate and up to date, and their customer journeys are seamless across every touchpoint.
You’ll manage the setup and day-to-day operation of event registration systems, maintain consistent templates and data structures across events, and support website updates within a CMS environment. You’ll work closely with teams across athlete services, marketing, and partnerships to ensure everything from event info to registration flows is clear, consistent, and high quality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up and managing event registration systems end-to-end
- Maintaining consistent templates, forms, pricing, and user flows
- Updating and managing website content via CMS
- Ensuring accuracy of event information, imagery, and communications
- Supporting improvements to user journeys and data capture
- Working cross-functionally to implement updates and resolve issues
- Assisting with reporting and basic data exports
Must-have skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Confident Excel/Google Sheets user (including formulas)
- Clear communication and consistent writing style
- Ability to manage workflows independently
- Understanding of forms, user flows, or structured data
Nice to have:
- Event registration / ticketing system experience
