The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join one of the most exciting companies in the global sports technology space at a pivotal point in their growth. They're building something genuinely differentiated — and they want an HR Generalist who can help them build the team and culture to match.

Based in their London West End offices three days per week, you'll be a key HR hire working across the full employee lifecycle. This isn't a siloed, process-only role — you'll have real breadth, real ownership, and a direct line to the leadership team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees across the business
  • Owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
  • Supporting recruitment activity in partnership with hiring managers and external partners
  • Managing employee relations matters with confidence and care
  • Reviewing and maintaining HR policies and ensuring compliance with UK employment law
  • Driving engagement and wellbeing initiatives as the company scales
  • Contributing to HRIS management and people data reporting
  • Supporting compensation and benefits reviews across the business

What they're looking for:

  • Proven HR Generalist experience — ideally within a scaling, fast-paced environment
  • Solid grounding in UK employment law and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — you'll deal with everyone from engineers to the C-suite
  • A proactive, commercially-minded approach to HR; you see the people function as a growth enabler
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and comfortable working with people data
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is desirable but not essential
  • A genuine interest in — or passion for — the world of sport is a bonus

Why this role:

Sports technology is one of the most dynamic sectors in global business right now — sitting at the intersection of elite sport, data, media, and fan experience. This business is right at the heart of it. You'll be joining a company with strong commercial traction, an engaged and talented team, and ambitious plans for the next phase of growth.

This role is paying up to £75,000 base salary plus benefits.
