We are excited to be working with a fast-growing, mission-driven media company to find a Head of Community - a strategic and relationship-focused leader to help build, scale, and energise a thriving audience community. This is an opportunity to lead community engagement at a brand where connection, culture, and creativity are at the core of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a clear, ambitious community strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Build and nurture a strong, engaged community across social platforms, forums, and exclusive member spaces
  • Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and ambassadors
  • Lead community-focused campaigns, initiatives, and events that drive value and participation
  • Create processes for community feedback and ensure insights are reflected in content, products, and services
  • Monitor and analyse engagement, growth, and sentiment to continuously optimise community impact
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment that encourages advocacy and collaboration

  • Proven experience building and scaling communities, especially in media, start-ups, or creator-led spaces
