We are seeking a polished and highly capable Executive Assistant to the Directors to provide first-class support across both business and lifestyle matters. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced and visionary environment within the sports and entertainment industry. It requires a high level of discretion, exceptional organisational ability, and the capacity to stay two steps ahead at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Complex calendar management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Organising international travel, including private and commercial arrangements, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Providing elite lifestyle support: from reservations and gifts to sourcing bespoke experiences
- Handling confidential matters and high-level correspondence
- Coordinating VIP engagements, events, and hospitality logistics
- Supporting office operations and financial administration (expenses, invoicing, etc.)
- A proven track record as an EA or PA supporting senior executives in fast-moving, high-pressure environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professional maturity
- Experience working with (or closely supporting) a UHNW individual
- A background in sport, and entertainment is a plus
