JLB is a sports, media and entertainment search firm working across the UK, Europe, Middle East and the US. Following a year of growth in 2025, JLB is looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on revenue generation across the UK & EMEA region. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own your market, build deep relationships with clients and candidates, and deliver high‑quality recruitment solutions across mid‑senior level roles. You’ll have the autonomy to shape your desk, backed by a brand with strong industry credibility and a network that opens doors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your own specialist market within the sports, media and entertainment industry
- Develop new business opportunities and contribute to agency revenue growth
- Build long‑term partnerships with clients, from emerging brands to global sports organisations
- Source, assess, and manage high‑calibre candidates
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes with precision and pace
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development
- Represent the agency at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally within sports, media, entertainment, consumer or adjacent sectors
- Strong business development skills and a track record of hitting targets
