You will be working across a varied housing portfolio throughout London, including private homes, apartments, and local authority properties. The role is primarily domestic, with occasional opportunities to support commercial and plant room works for engineers looking to broaden their experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Domestic servicing and maintenance
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
- Fault finding and repairs
- Boiler installations and upgrades
