What You\’ll Lead
Build a scalable, best-in-class UK finance function from scratch
Implement systems, controls & reporting for a £20m+ operation
Own budgeting, forecasting & commercial modelling
Drive UK GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax, audits & statutory filings
Partner closely with global leadership and integrate into US reporting
Support European scaling with multi-entity structures & reporting frameworks
