A client of ours is on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Account Director to lead a key global client account within their Partnerships and Brand Experience team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior client services professional to play a leading role in delivering high-profile international partnership and marketing programmes across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, priorities, and strategic goals
  • Lead day-to-day management of global partnership and marketing programmes
  • Manage communications between internal teams, clients, external partners, and regional stakeholders
  • Drive strategic planning, campaign ideation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, reporting processes, and programme updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Identify challenges proactively and present clear, solutions-focused recommendations
  • Review campaign performance, key learnings, and optimisation opportunities
  • Encourage innovation, new thinking, and creative problem-solving across projects
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and partner relationships, including contract oversight
  • Support and mentor junior team members, promoting collaboration and professional growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience within partnerships, brand marketing, client services, or agency environments
  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple markets or business functions
  • Experience working with large multinational or global brands is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead client discussions and present strategic recommendations
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns and partnership activations across areas such as events, content, communications, employee engagement, hospitality, digital, and social
  • Strong understanding of broader marketing disciplines and cross-functional ways of working
  • A background in Formula 1 would be advantageous but not a dealbreaker.
