We design and install integrated building control systems for controlling HVAC systems, lighting, door access and CCTV.
We offer energy management services and provide a full after sales support service.
Due to growth, we are currently looking to employ a service Engineer based in the NW but prepared to work throughout the UK.
Qualifications
- Be able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload
- Be IT literate
- Good understanding and knowledge of control systems
- Possess a good electrical background
- Have clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to liaise with customers and communicate well at all levels (including dealing with clients etc.)
- A full driving licence is required
- Ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record in 2 of the following systems β TREND, TAC, ANDOVER/CONTINUUM, SCHNEIDER EBO, PRIVA, CYLON

Duties
- Scheduled PPM BMS servicing visits
- Compile detailed reports highlighting any remedial items or recommendations
- Remedial works (controller upgrades, panel modifications, software modifications etc.)
- Small project works (new panel installation and commissioning)
Join the on-call rota (currently 1 in 7 weeks).
