- 1 x Senior Dual Fire and Security Engineer – Service and Maintenance Work
Basic Requirements for Both Roles:
- Full UK Driving License
- Enhanced DBS Cleared – we work in very sensitive environments; this is a deal‑breaker and we provide DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Able / willing to travel into central London every day
- Out of hours working essential – rota basis, emergency cover only
- Experience as a supervisor not essential but highly desired
- Experience of being a lead engineer – essential
- Must have own hand tools (we will provide drills)
- Required to provide technical assistance to junior engineers as the first point of technical query prior to escalation to the operations manager
- The bulk of our work is based in London and the home counties, however on occasion stretches to the North of England, Scottish Highlands and the south of England

- Intruder Alarms: Texecom, Scantronic, Pyronix, EMS panels
- Access Control: Paxton (CRITICAL) & PAC (DESIRED)
- Door Entry: BPT, Ferma, Net2, Videx
- Video door entry: BPT & Comelit
- CCTV Systems: Hik, DVR’s, NVR’s
- Analogue Systems: IP cameras & Networks
- Fire Alarm Systems: Analogue & IP Network, Advanced, C‑Tec Kentec systems are critical Menvier panels, Galaxy Panels
- Fire Extinguishers
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working on both fire detection and security systems
- Evidence by reference of working as a supervisor/lead engineer or similar
- Experience working in Central London
- Experience in both domestic and commercial environments, with emphasis on the commercial environment
- Experience working for a corporate business
