This role will involve a combination of home, site, and office-based work, with travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as required. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct asbestos surveys to identify the presence of asbestos-containing materials within properties.
- Prepare plans and drawings of surveyed properties.
- Carry out air monitoring and inspections associated with asbestos removal works.
- Photograph and record asbestos-containing materials identified during surveys.
- Travel to client sites across Ireland as required.
- Produce detailed survey reports, including plans, photographs, findings, and recommendations.
- Liaise with clients on-site and remotely to communicate survey findings and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.
