PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN (EXPERIENCED OR TRAINEE) Full-time – Permanent position Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 per year Location: North & East London, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Oxfordshire JOB DESCRIPTION Please read ALL the details below before applying for this position. FROM DAY 1 EACH TECHNICIAN MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BERLINGO-SIZED VAN AND LADDER. The high earnings (£45,000 – £65,000 a year) provide compensation for this. This job involves travel to attend jobs in the surrounding area of where we are recruiting. HOW WE WORK We have been providing fast, reliable pest control services in domestic and commercial situations for 39-years. We are a member of the BPCA and have been assessed to ensure we meet their strict membership criteria. Our business model is unique and our technicians are extremely well paid and self-motivated. We provide marketing support and excellent lead generation to supply technicians with appointments for ‘one-off’ jobs and/or pest control contracts. The technicians take 50% of the fee. If a technician brings in their ‘own’ work then they take 75% of the fee. The rate is standard for each job completed. Each technician has the opportunity to take as many appointments as they wish.
