Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the delivery of Service and Maintenance activities (either direct or through management of contractors).
- High quality Service and Maintenance documentation and reports.
- Be client facing with great communication and interpersonal skills for managing client interactions.
- Troubleshooting specialist who can apply great fault finding techniques for timely resolution.
- Provide Technical knowledge and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Flexible to attend multiple callouts daily and improve first time fix rate (FTFR).
- Flexible to support the Project Installations team and backfill any shortfalls.
- Encourage client feedback surveys for measuring client satisfaction and making improvements to the service.

Experience, Licences & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-8 years’ industry experience working within Security Systems Service and Maintenance industry.
- Demonstrated ability Servicing, Maintaining and Troubleshooting on systems such as:
- Access Control (Preferably - Brivo, Openpath, S2, Lenel, C-cure, Inner Range).
- Intercoms (Preferably - 2N, Comelit).
- CCTV (Preferably – Axis, Hik Vision, Avigilion, Eagle Eye, Milestone).
- Intruder Alarm (Preferably - Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Pyronix, Inner Range).
- Customer facing experience and able to complete multiple activities in the same day.
- Experience in integrating multiple systems e.g. hardwire link access control and intruder alarm.
- Familiarity with Service and Maintenance expectations to meet NSI standards.
- Advanced understanding of IP networks and VLANS.
- Full and clean UK driving license.
