We are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Drainage Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team, supporting a wide range of clients including private residential properties, housing associations, large commercial office developments, and public-sector sites across Central London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality reactive and planned maintenance works, including repairs, installations, and surveys of both internal and external plumbing and drainage systems. You will be required to attend multiple sites across London, working independently or as part of a team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations on internal and external plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Conduct drainage surveys and associated works such as high-pressure jetting and lining.
  • Perform general plumbing duties to a high standard.
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional weekend work (one Saturday per month on a rota).
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in plumbing and drainage maintenance.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing and drainage systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.
