We’re looking for reliable Service/Call-Out Engineers to join our growing team. If you’ve got solid experience working on lifts and take pride in a job well done, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone looks out for each other, and new ideas are always welcome; you’re never just a number here. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, ensuring every engineer feels valued and supported. We’re passionate about helping our people grow. Whether you want to specialise in repairs, move into supervision, or develop your skills further, we’ll give you the opportunity and support to get there.
Our leadership team understands what it’s like out in the field; we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we trust our engineers, value their experience, and give them the autonomy and backing to do the job right. As we continue to expand, we’re investing heavily in new systems, tools, and training with the support of the Andwis Group, making sure our engineers have everything they need to succeed.
Will be on the Night call Rota which is currently 1 in 5 with options to swap with other engineers.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience in lift service and call-outs or lift repairs
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Someone who’s safety-conscious, reliable, and takes pride in their work
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
