You will take ownership of the Southern region, developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
The role focuses on winning new lift maintenance contracts, identifying lift modernisation opportunities and promoting the full range of our products and services.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Operations Team and Technical Support Teams to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer service.
LOCATION
This role covers the South of England and South Wales.
The successful applicant should ideally live in Cardiff, Bristol or within approximately one hour of our Cardiff Head Office.
Exceptional candidates based elsewhere within the South will also be considered.
Regular travel throughout the region will be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate new lift maintenance contracts and modernisation opportunities.
Develop business through networking, prospecting and relationship building.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Carry out customer meetings and site surveys.
Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and secure new contracts.
Work closely with Operations and Engineering to ensure excellent customer delivery.
Maintain an accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
Submit weekly sales reports and monthly forecasts.
Represent professionally at all times.
