Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
