We are a growing Fire's internal IT infrastructure and support the technical delivery side of the business.
The Role
This is a varied and practical role suited to an experienced all-round IT professional who is comfortable managing day-to-day business IT systems while also supporting networking requirements linked to Fire's IT environment, supporting staff and engineers, improving systems and processes, and assisting with network design and troubleshooting across customer projects where required. The role offers a mix of office, home and site-based working.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, systems and devices
- Providing internal IT support to office staff and field engineers
- Administering Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and cybersecurity measures
- Managing company networks including routers, switches, VPNs and Wi-Fi systems
