Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Industrial Door/Shutter Engineer with an electrical background to join our team. This role offers the chance to work on exciting government sector projects, supported by our CHAS accreditation. The role will involve service, maintenance and repair of industrial doors and related products, including:
- Industrial sectional overhead doors
- Industrial roller shutters
- Fire shutters and doors
- Folding and sliding doors
- Steel security doors
- Automatic doors
Candidates must be competent engineers with proven experience in the repair and installation of various industrial door and loading bay products.
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate well with colleagues in a small team environment, while also being comfortable working independently when needed.
- Willingness to travel to and from customer sites as part of the role, sometimes at short notice, to provide on-site service and support.
- Occasional short-term working away from home will be required for specific projects.
