About the Role
This is a newly created and business-critical role, offering the right person the opportunity to take ownership of fire door installation programs across multiple sites. Our projects focus on renovations and building improvements rather than new-build construction, so applicants must bring strong on-site experience, safety awareness, and practical problem-solving skills.
The Agile Program Manager will oversee all aspects of fire door projects, from planning and resourcing through to site delivery and compliance. You\\\’ll be accountable for ensuring high-quality installations, effective team management, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Site Management: Lead, plan, and deliver multiple concurrent fire door installation projects across diverse sites.
- Project Leadership & Site Management: Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required compliance standards.
- Project Leadership & Site Management: Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Project Leadership & Site Management: Work closely with senior management to support customer requirements and project scope.
- Project Leadership & Site Management: Coordinate with Compliance Officers to ensure installations meet certification standards.
- Team Supervision & Resources: Lead, motivate, and support site-based installation teams.
- Team Supervision & Resources: Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and allocation of tools, vehicles, and materials.
- Team Supervision & Resources: Provide leadership and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Uphold strict Health & Safety practices and site discipline.

About You

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- A natural leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence.
- Proficient in using digital tools and project management systems.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of program/project management in a construction, building services, or similar environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
