Job DescriptionTitle: Commercial Catering & Refrigeration Engineer

Reports to: Service Manager

Location: We have offices in both Inverness and Elgin with travel throughout Grampian, Moray, Perthshire, Highlands & Islands

The CompanyWe are specialists in commercial catering sales, installations and repairs. We have a large range of clients including hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and public sector contracts. We cover all areas of equipment, cooking, refrigeration, ware washing, ventilation and extraction.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will be self‐motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also as part of a wider team.

Carry out planned preventative maintenance & servicing on all commercial catering & refrigeration equipment.

Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs where required

Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours from time to time with additional remuneration

Skill and experience

Fault finding, servicing of commercial catering equipment

Good organisational skills & an ability to work under pressure

Teamwork

Customer focused

Qualifications

Full UK Driving Licence

COMCAT 1,3 & 5

FGAS desirable
