We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and an interest in technical work. Whether you already have experience with bean‑to‑cup coffee machines or are eager to learn, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a growing industry. You'll work closely with our technical team and occasionally support our hygiene team, making this a varied and hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting people, and solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites across London to carry out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and performance issues efficiently
- Install and commission commercial bean‑to‑cup coffee machines and tap systems
- Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal coffee quality and performance
- Deliver London's premium service standards, including rapid response times
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers on‑site
- Represent the business with professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent customer service
- Accurately record service visits, parts used, and work completed
Skills & Experience
- Experience with bean‑to‑cup coffee machines (desirable but not essential)
- Experience installing or servicing commercial equipment (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset
- Passion for coffee and delivering high‑quality service

What We Offer
- £32,000 - £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
