The role: An excellent opportunity exists for the right candidate to become a Service Engineer, working across a range of CNC machining centres, turning centres, Lasers cutters and CNC Sheet metal machines. The successful applicant should be capable of working on their initiative independently and as part of a team in our growing service department, enjoying the privileges of being in a motivated team recognised as a progressive leader in the supply of machine tools and fabricating machinery. The role covers all aspects of machinery, mechanical, electrical and software. The role will involve travel within the UK, as well as occasional overseas factory training programs. The position is salaried and comes with a company vehicle and expenses. Our operations are based at our office in Milton Keynes, we offer our customers ongoing routine maintenance, installation, and training. The candidate should have experience in the field service industry preferably experience in installing highly technical machinery. Beneficial experience: Fibre Laser experience, optimisation, cutting techniques, using controllers such as Cypcut and nesting software such as Lantek. CNC fabrication machines using Delem and Cebelec. CNC machine tools using controllers such as Fanuc and Siemens.
