General Duties
Technical assistance of our products and systems generally as follows, both on site and phone/email support:
- As per customer/sales staff requests.
- As per received enquiries provided by others.
- Consultant specified projects in conjunction with our sales staff.
- As per requests from distributors.
- To assist other engineers and/or service partners.
Specific Tasks
- Provide telephone, email and site support for our systems and products.
- Provide telephone, email and site support for GIH systems and products.
- In the case of GIH products, provide assistance to our spare parts staff to facilitate ordering of the spare parts with the relevant factory.
- This role will require site or customer visits:
- To assist sales staff with customer technical support.
- Commissioning of our systems and products.
- Technical assistance, including troubleshooting, installation/configuration support.
