Bms Service Engineer

Independent Building Controls Company. We design and install integrated building control systems for controlling HVAC systems, lighting, door access and CCTV. We offer energy management services and provide a full after sales support service. Due to growth, we are currently looking to employ a service Engineer based in the NW but prepared to work throughout the UK Applicants must possess the following skills: • Be able to work unsupervised and prioritise their workload • Be IT literate • Good understanding and knowledge of control systems. • Possess a good electrical background • Have Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. • Ability to Liaise with customers and communicate well at all levels (including dealing with clients etc.) • A full driving licence is required • Ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record in 2 of the following systems – TREND, TAC, ANDOVER/CONTINUUM, SCHNEIDER EBO, PRIVA, CYLON Package offered includes: • Competitive Salary dependant on experience • Company vehicle • Company mobile phone • Laptop • Company Pension scheme • Overtime dependant on workload • Travel Time (after 30mins in each direction) • Department performance related bonus scheme • EOT Income tax free annual bonus Duties to include: • Scheduled PPM BMS servicing visits &bu…
