Job Description\\n\\nTitle : Commercial Catering & Refrigeration Engineer\\n\\nReports to : Service Manager\\n\\nLocation : We have offices in both Inverness and Elgin with travel throughout Grampian, Moray, Perthshire, Highlands & Islands\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\nWe are specialists in commercial catering sales, installations and repairs. We have a large range of clients including hotels, restaurants, education, healthcare, and public sector contracts. We cover all areas of equipment, cooking, refrigeration, ware washing, ventilation and extraction.\\n\\nRole Requirements\\n\\n * The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also as part of a wider team.\\n\\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance & servicing on all commercial catering & refrigeration equipment.\\n\\n * Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs where required\\n\\n * Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours from time to time with additional remuneration\\n\\nSkill and experience\\n\\n * Fault finding, servicing of commercial catering equipment\\n\\n * Good organisational skills & an ability to work under pressure\\n\\n * Teamwork\\n\\n * Customer focused\\n\\nQualifications\\n\\n * Full UK Driving Licence\\n\\n * COMCAT 1,3 & 5\\n\\n * FGAS desirable
