Fast Response Parts Coordinator 3 month secondment
This is a great opportunity to work on our Fast Response Parts Team, which is crucial to our customers overall experience. The role is initially on a 3 month secondment basis, so its a risk free period to experience working on the team. Were looking for the right candidate to help solve problems, drive high standards and help to source parts in order to get our machines in the field up and running as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Youll support our operations teams in the office and our engineers in the field, whilst working closely with our Supply Chain and catering part suppliers.
Previous machine or part experience is not essential as full training will be given.
General Duties
Processing part orders after engineer visits
Collaborating with our engineers and Supply Chain
Problem solving to find the correct information
Raising quotes with the support of our automated system
Reducing machine downtime
