Role overview
To effectively set up contracts and maintain them through their lifecycle.
Key tasks:
- Setting up new contracts and amending existing contracts on renewal/upgrades to ensure correct billing requirements.
- Initiation of contracts to bill via customer communication.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Terminating or suspending customer contracts based on changes to customers' circumstances.
- Identify and communicate changes that need to be facilitated.
- Analysing and preparing reports as required by the business.
- Key point of contact for contract related queries.
- Raising credits and invoices as needed.
