Role overview

Our Sales and Accounts Assistant is a pivotal role in the growth of the business. As a rapidly growing business in both size and turnover, we are looking for a person to join our team and be a part of our success. Customer satisfaction is a key driver to what we are looking to achieve, and this role is instrumental in ensuring all customers both past and present are given exemplary customer service with an emphasis on sales.

Key Tasks

  • Receive inbound orders and process accordingly.
  • Process orders from the external sales team.
  • Liaise with other departments re invoice processing.
  • Update customer database and recontact lapsed clients.
