Role overview
The Installations & Deliveries director will be accountable for processing and delivery of all new business orders across Total Care, Machine Sales, Vend Share and Service Contracts across JLAs Laundry and Catering business lines in the UK.
In this role, you will be our technical authority across Laundry & Catering installations processes, providing expert guidance on installations, specifications and customer solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product, L&C Field Operations and senior leadership teams, you will help deliver solutions for installation projects that minimise time to deliver and maximise On Time In Full delivery.
This role is critical to achieving JLAs growth objectives, being responsible for ensuring all new orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner and to the highest quality, enabling our continued growth.
You will lead c.50 colleagues including office-based installation coordinators and field based project managers and installers, as well as managing a network of subcontractors. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence both in order processing and the quality of technical installations.
You will support our commercial teams in providing technical installation solutions for our customer requirements, ensuring that all new orders can be delivered and our annual growth objectives achieved.
