The Opportunity: Join a successful People Systems Team providing reporting and MI on HR Data in SuccessFactors using Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. Reports are currently generated through a mix of SAP User Stories and also via bespoke reporting using PowerBI. The business is looking to improve the functionality and breadth of reporting using Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure reports are accurate, in line with business need and provide real-time data. The role is offered on a fully remote basis and is paying a salary circa £47-50k + benefits.
The Role: You'll be joining a team who operate across several SuccessFactors modules across a corporate environment with multiple business units. Core tasks include:
- Produce regular reporting and support the delivery of the Data / Reporting strategy
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Maintain data integrity, manage systems and all reporting tools
