The Opportunity: We are looking for a Proposition Manager / Product Design Manager with a financial services (specifically Mortgage products) background to join a Financial Services Business in their Basingstoke (Hampshire) offices. The Role: You will be joining the business on their exciting journey as they continue to grow their market share and build out new products that will attract and engage new customers. The role will involve managing the mortgage product design, analysing performance and working with the team to develop new products. Responsibilities: – Focus heavily on pricing, mortgage product structure and governance – Monitor the product performance and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders within the business – Conduct market analysis and research and develop the strategy around new products – Work closely with external brokers and other key stakeholders – Keep on to of innovations within the mortgage / banking industry and specifically be aware of changes to legislation and regulation – Collaborate with internal finance teams for forecasting and analytics The Person: The ideal person will come from a Financial Services / Banking background and be analytical and innovative in their approach.
