The Opportunity
We are working with an organisation who are embarking on a major three-year Modernisation Programme designed to transform how services are delivered to improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs and improve customer experience. With over 40 projects underway and a significant savings agenda to deliver, this is an opportunity to play a key role in driving meaningful change across some of their most important services. They're hiring multiple PMs so you'll be getting in with a group of other people and delivering meaningful change. This is a genuine chance to get in right at the beginning of the transformation and make a real difference.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of business change and transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of modernisation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across areas including HR, Finance, Housing, Education, Adult Social Care, Children's Services and other frontline services.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance, risks, issues and reporting to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and support the development of business cases and transformation initiatives.
- Drive projects from concept through to implementation, ensuring agreed outcomes and benefits are achieved.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Programme Managers and service teams.
