Change & Adoption Analyst - Digital Transformation
Location: East London - hybrid, typically 2 days per week onsite
Contract: Initial interim contract
Rate: Up to £450 per day on an Inside IR35 basis
The Opportunity
We're working with a large public sector organisation embarking on an ambitious, multi-year modernisation programme that will fundamentally change how services are delivered.
Technology, automation and AI will play a significant part in that transformation. As new digital solutions and ways of working are introduced, they now need a Change & Adoption Analyst who can work directly with users to make sure those changes are understood, adopted and embedded.
This is a hands-on role sitting between digital change, user adoption and training. You'll work closely with operational teams and digital delivery colleagues, helping people understand what is changing, what it means for their day-to-day role and how they can get the best from new technology.
The Role
You'll support the introduction of new digital solutions across a wide range of services, working with users before, during and after implementation.
You'll:
Assess how new technology and redesigned processes will affect different teams and users.
Work with stakeholders to understand adoption needs, potential barriers and levels of digital confidence.
Develop practical change and adoption plans for new systems, tools and ways of working.
Create clear, accessible training materials, guidance, demonstrations and user resources.
Deliver engaging training through a mixture of classroom sessions, Teams sessions, workshops, demonstrations and recorded content.
Provide one-to-one coaching, drop-ins and practical support to users who need additional help.
Translate technology into practical benefits, helping people understand how it can make their jobs easier and services more effective.
Help teams make better use of existing productivity and collaboration tools as well as newly developed solutions.
Gather feedback, monitor adoption and identify where additional support or intervention is needed.
