The Opportunity: Join a successful People Systems Team providing reporting and MI on HR Data in SuccessFactors using Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud. Reports are currently generated through a mix of SAP User Stories and also via bespoke reporting using PowerBI. The business is looking to improve the functionality and breadth of reporting using Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure reports are accurate, in line with business need and provide real-time data.

The role is offered on a fully remote basis and is paying a salary circa £47-50k + benefits.

The Role: You'll be joining a team who operate across several SuccessFactors modules across a corporate environment with multiple business units. Core tasks include:

  • Produce regular reporting and support the delivery of the Data / Reporting strategy
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Maintain data integrity, manage systems and all reporting tools
  • Design & maintain HR Data Models in SAP Datasphere
  • Play a key role in new projects implementing and testing new systems, features & releases
  • Support & administration of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Collaboration with IT teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues and implement systems enhancements
  • Provide support to end users and key stakeholders across the business

The Person: You'll be an experienced HRIS Reporting Analyst or SuccessFactors Reporting Analyst who has worked in a large business where HRIS plays a key role in its' success. You will have:

  • In depth experience of reporting / MI in a SAP SuccessFactors environment and a background in HR
  • Experience in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Exposure to modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time & Attendance, LMS
  • Hands on experience with MDF objects, business rules, workflow configuration and event reasons

This is a fully remote role.
