The Opportunity
We're partnered with a fast-growing Cyber Security company whose cloud-native platform is helping organisations around the world strengthen their security posture and stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. They're now looking for a Customer Platform Architect to work directly with customers, helping them deploy, optimise and support the platform within complex on-premise and hybrid cloud environments. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement, giving you ownership from initial deployment through to long-term customer success.
The Role
Working alongside Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams, you'll help customers design deployment architectures, troubleshoot platform issues and ensure their environments are secure, reliable and performing at their best. This isn't a role where you'll simply produce designs and hand them over. You'll be expected to get hands-on, diagnosing issues, supporting deployments and working directly with customers to solve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the deployment of Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Advise on infrastructure design, sizing and best practice.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and infrastructure issues.
- Carry out platform health checks and recommend improvements.
- Support technical pre-sales discussions where required.
- Produce clear technical documentation.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
