We are looking for a Collaboration & Identity Manager to take ownership of a critical part of our technology landscape - how people communicate, collaborate and securely access systems. This is a high-impact role where you will define strategy, lead a specialist team, and drive the evolution of collaboration and identity services in a modern, cloud-first environment.
Why this role? You will sit at the heart of how the organisation operates day-to-day. From email and Teams to identity and access management, you will shape the platforms that underpin everything we do. This isn’t just about maintaining services - it’s about improving them. You will bring new ideas, explore emerging technologies, and influence key decisions across IT.
What you will be doing:
- Leading the strategy, design and delivery of collaboration and identity services
- Driving a cloud-first, zero-trust approach
- Managing and developing a team of engineers
- Defining and delivering technology roadmaps
- Supporting complex technical issues when needed
- Working closely with architecture, product and business teams
- Managing suppliers and identifying improvements
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience delivering collaboration and identity solutions
- Solid understanding of security and access management principles
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams) and IAM tools
- Experience leading technical teams
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with structured environments (e.g. ITIL)
