Location: Hybrid, Farborough 4 days a week, 1 remote
Contract: Initial 7 months
Rate: £550 to £600 per day
Start: ASAP
This role has been deemed Inside IR35.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a Scrum Master or Project Manager with Scrum Master knowledge and high level security clearance to join a highly successful Systems Integrator working on a highly secure Central Government programme. Please note, due to the time taken to get DV clearance and the need to get the person onboarded ASAP we need the person to have existing DV clearance.
The Role: You will be acting as the scrum master / project manager to support the development of an IT Application and Infrastructure Solution that supports a critical operational end user.
The Person:
- Current DV level clearance
- A background in Central Government or Military / MOD Projects
- Experience of Agile Delivery and the use of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Understanding, reporting and analysis of sprint performance
- Demonstrable experience of facilitating scrum events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Experience of working on large complex programmes with diverse teams (both multi-location and skill set)
