They're now looking for a Customer Platform Architect to work directly with customers, helping them deploy, optimise and support the platform within complex on-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement, giving you ownership from initial deployment through to long-term customer success.
The Role Working alongside Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams, you'll help customers design deployment architectures, troubleshoot platform issues and ensure their environments are secure, reliable and performing at their best.
You'll be expected to get hands-on, diagnosing issues, supporting deployments and working directly with customers to solve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the deployment of Kubernetes-based platforms.
Linux, networking, virtualisation and enterprise infrastructure.
On-premise and hybrid cloud environments.
AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
