Supply chain Ops Support – Returns management
As part of the Supply Chain Operations team, you will be primarily focused on the processing of RMA claims for the JLA Group, with a requirement to support other areas such as order fulfilment and returns processing. As a small team individuals have their own focus areas but are cross trained to support when required.

Role overview
As part of the Operations Support team you will be focusing on supporting our day to day operations, working with the team to deliver exceptional service across order fulfilment, returns, refurb and warranty claims processing. The role will have a focus on our returns processing, that includes, returns stock management – we have a target returns stock holding and a time critical element to how long it takes to process those returns whether for refurbishment, part harvesting or onward sale. Working with the order fulfilment teams to support the processing of RMA’s, the physical collection and credit of returns. Ensuring all returns adhere to company policies and regulations. Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders about claim statuses and resolving any issues.

- Returns management
- Supporting physical logistics, deliveries and collections
- Customer (internal and external) query resolution
- Liaise and collaborate with customers, suppliers, colleagues, warehouse operations and manufacturers to address and resolve supply chain related queries
- Produce regular reports and analyses on companywide returns and produce performance metrics
- Work with the wider Operations team to assist when required.
