Role Overview: As Digital Marketing Executive, you will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and assist with the management of digital marketing across the JLA Group. The successful candidate will be stepping into a highly commercial B2B environment with a focus on growth. We are looking for someone to assist with day-to-day digital omnichannel across SEO, website content, paid media, and ongoing campaign effectiveness and reporting. We are looking for an ambitious and passionate marketer with a great track record to help accelerate our growth. This is a pivotal role for a creative, technical, data-savvy marketing professional looking to grow their career with a fast-growing B2B business. You will work closely with our wider Marketing & Data team to help launch and refine customer acquisition campaigns. You should have a background in customer acquisition and know the key performance media channels with strong communication skills and experience in hands-on digital campaign management.
Key tasks:
- With assistance from the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for the SEO, website & paid media performance.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (traffic, CVR, CPA).
- Support annual and monthly planning cycles with recommendations based on insight and ambition.
- Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, insight, and channel level activity.
- Regularly review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel mix.
- Identify trends and insights in digital marketing and use these to optimise spend and performance.
- Manage and optimise creative messaging by channel and demographic.
- Use a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Management and measurement of digital and website performance against agreed KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site etc).
- Work closely with marketing colleagues and agencies to maximise the reach and efficiency of all marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience (what you have done):
- 3 years experience in digital marketing.
- Experience setting up & managing digital marketing campaigns on organic and paid platforms.
- User experience and Conversion Rate optimisation experience desirable.
- Experience planning content across multiple channels.
- Comfortable managing content production, whether internally or using external suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in a marketing, digital, analytical, business or IT-related subject.
