These assets and services support customers with Laundry, Catering, Heating, Fire Safety, Infection Control, and Air Conditioning. Role overview
This is a great opportunity to work on our Fast Response Parts Team, which is crucial to our customers’ overall experience. We’re looking for the right candidate to help solve problems, drive high standards, and offer supervision & support to the team to get our machines in the field up and running quickly and efficiently. You’ll report to the Fast Response Manager and lead a team of coordinators that manage laundry and catering part ordering activities across your assigned region. The team works closely with our Supply Chain and catering part suppliers, coordinating ordering, tracking, and expediting parts, while supporting operations teams and engineers in the field. The role includes root cause analysis and ownership of challenges through to resolution. You will also support continuous improvement activities and team development and training. Previous laundry/catering machine or parts team experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
