We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Player-Manager to lead by example in a hybrid role that combines direct sales responsibilities with leadership and management of a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for achieving your individual sales targets while also coaching, developing, and motivating your team to exceed their goals.
Key Tasks
- Inspire sales agents to deliver excellent individual and team performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
