Job Description: Sales Player-Manager We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Player-Manager to lead by example in a hybrid role that combines direct sales responsibilities with leadership and management of a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for achieving your individual sales targets while also coaching, developing, and motivating your team to exceed their goals. Key Tasks Inspire sales agents to deliver excellent individual and team performance, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Convert digital leads within agreed SLAs. Organize and track all potential leads, maintaining MIS. Remove blockers to support target achievement. Generate and share performance information for individuals and the team. Provide high-quality customer service, demonstrating company values in all client interactions. Monitor KPI progress regularly (daily/weekly/monthly). Engage with senior stakeholders across the business. Conduct one-to-one coaching to improve sales performance. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts. Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities. Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Report on individual sales performance and forecast accurately. Manage digital portal and subscription customers. People Management Provide daily coaching and development for team members. Handle employee relations issues per company policies. Coach and develop the team to perform at high levels, ensuring product knowledge is maintained. Identify training needs and support personal development plans. Conduct team briefings and workshops on best practices. Ensure timely and appropriate responses to calls, emails, web leads, and data traffic.
