Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound lead generation/telesales.
  • Customer-centric role experience, face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Role overview

Our Business Development Executives are vital to our success. As a rapidly growing business, we\’re seeking new team members to help us expand further, acting as Trusted Partners to JLA’s customers. You\’ll join a successful sales team where your contributions are valued and rewarded.

Key tasks

  • Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team
  • Making outbound strategy calls for business development across multiple markets, sectors, and verticals
  • Developing sales opportunities in partnership with field sales colleagues
  • Meeting/exceeding KPIs set within the contact centre

Service Delivery

  • Understanding and demonstrating service delivery excellence in your role
  • Fostering a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring the basics are right every time, and leading a team where service is central to performance
  • Collaborating with Operations to ensure sales and service SLAs are met

Managing Risk

  • Being aware of operational and regulatory risks impacting your role
  • Reporting any risks to your line manager that could affect the business

Managing Health & Safety

Delivering your role within the set Compliance framework.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong understanding of our products, competitors, and industry positioning

Experience

  • Outbound lead generation/telesales experience
  • Customer-centric role experience, face-to-face or over the phone
  • Experience in a commercially driven environment
