Role overview
Our Business Development Executives are vital to our success. As a rapidly growing business, we\’re seeking new team members to help us expand further, acting as Trusted Partners to JLA’s customers. You\’ll join a successful sales team where your contributions are valued and rewarded.
Key tasks
- Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our digital marketing team
- Making outbound strategy calls for business development across multiple markets, sectors, and verticals
- Developing sales opportunities in partnership with field sales colleagues
- Meeting/exceeding KPIs set within the contact centre
Service Delivery
- Understanding and demonstrating service delivery excellence in your role
- Fostering a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring the basics are right every time, and leading a team where service is central to performance
- Collaborating with Operations to ensure sales and service SLAs are met
Managing Risk
- Being aware of operational and regulatory risks impacting your role
- Reporting any risks to your line manager that could affect the business
Managing Health & Safety
Delivering your role within the set Compliance framework.

- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

Experience
- Outbound lead generation/telesales experience
